Exhibits

The museum is home to thousands of items ranging from antique quilts to farm tools. Displays on the main floor are a Victorian parlor, a bedroom and music section containing a square grand piano. On the lower level are tools from the old Tunstead Tin shop, a turn of the century kitchen, and numerous hand tools from local homes and farms.

The history of northeast Oakland County comes alive in showcased photographs and other local mementos of the past. Extensive files of historic photos and newspaper clipping are available to complete the picture of how this area gave birth to the thriving communities of today.
